SECURITY & COMPLIANCE

Enterprise AI Sovereignty. Compliance by design.

AGIGO is built to provide maximum enterprise control over where their AI operates, how data is accessed, and which business actions are authorized.

Deploy the complete conversational AI stack within your own infrastructure, without relying on external AI processing services. Enterprise-defined facts and rules govern decisions, the Data Access Layer controls access to enterprise systems, and the backend executes verified transactions.

This creates a clear foundation for your enterprise’s compliance: fewer external AI dependencies to assess, explicit decision logic to validate, and full traceability over decisions and agent actions. Built for the demanding requirements of banking, healthcare, insurance, and public services.

AGIGO combines a complete conversational AI platform with deterministic decision-making and controlled enterprise integration.

ARCHITECTURE FOR ACCOUNTABILITY

A controlled path from conversation to transaction

AGIGO separates the ability to understand and communicate from the authority to decide and execute. The conversational layer does not independently write to enterprise systems. Enterprise access is mediated through the Data Access Layer (DAL), and business actions follow a verified transaction path.

Enterprise-governed adaptation

Your enterprise may use conversation data to improve an agent’s language capabilities within its own environment, subject to applicable law, required permissions, and internal policy. This does not give AGIGO access to that data.

Local processing gives privacy and compliance teams a clearer operating boundary for assessing purpose, access, retention, and disclosure. The enterprise continues to govern lawful processing and the customer experience.

AI GOVERNANCE AND EXECUTION ASSURANCE

Deterministic decisions. Enterprise-defined authority.

AGIGO's decision engine applies explicit facts and rules to govern business outcomes

For the same verified inputs, rule version, and relevant system state, the deterministic engine produces the same decision. This gives enterprises a concrete basis for testing decision logic, reviewing authorized actions, and explaining how business rules determine an outcome.

Consistent rule application

Business decisions follow defined logic that the enterprise can evaluate against its policies and approved use cases.

Controlled transaction execution

Conversation does not confer unrestricted authority. Enterprise systems execute verified transactions through the controlled integration path.

Reviewable decision logic

Every decision can be traced back to the data, rules, and logic behind it, giving enterprise teams a clear basis for review and explanation.

BUILT FOR EU AI COMPLIANCE

AGIGO gives enterprises a compliance advantage for meeting the EU AI Act requirements

AGIGO's unique proprietary systems architecture separates conversational intelligence, deterministic decisions, and controlled execution. This provides an architectural foundation for risk reduction, traceability, transparency, and robustness. These capabilities are particularly relevant when conversational AI participates in regulated or consequential workflows.

AGIGO's design principles align well with the EU AI Act's requirements for deterministic decision-making.

Its deterministic decision engine applies defined rules to verified facts, making decisions reproducible, explainable, and subject to enterprise control. This gives enterprises a practical architectural advantage when implementing conversational AI with AGIGO in regulated and consequential workflows.

Relevant provisions include EU AI Act Articles 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 86. Applicable obligations depend on the intended use, risk classification, operator roles, and deployment. Deterministic decision-making supports governance. System-level validation also covers speech interpretation, input verification, oversight, and operational controls.
